Instant Oats Dosa - A Healthy Breakfast for all

Instant Oats Dosa
Cooking Time: 15 mins
 A Healthy Breakfast for all

Ingredients needed :
  •    Oats - 1 cup or 100 grams
  •    Rice flour - Take 2 tbsp
  •    Rava - Take 2 tbsp
  •    Buttermilk - Take 1/4 cup
  •    Green Chilli - 1 slightly chopped
  •    Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp slightly chopped
  •    Cumin/jeera seeds – take 1 tsp
  •    Pepper powder – Take 1/4 tsp
  •    Salt as needed
  •    As required Sesame seed oil for making dosa.


Procedure:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients without oil, to a dosa batter consistency adding needed water. Let it take 15 minutes.
  2. Start to Heat a non-stick tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it lightly in a round shape as you do for normal dosa.
  3. Spray a tsp of oil around the dosa. Make small dosas otherwise, you will not be able to flip over the dosa. Keep it on a correct shape to cook the dosa. Do not be in a hurry to flip over the dosa. Let it get cooked well.
