Ingredients
needed :
- Oats - 1 cup or 100 grams
- Rice flour - Take 2 tbsp
- Rava - Take 2 tbsp
- Buttermilk - Take 1/4 cup
- Green Chilli - 1 slightly chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp slightly chopped
- Cumin/jeera seeds – take 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – Take 1/4 tsp
- Salt as needed
- As required Sesame seed oil for making dosa.
Procedure:
- Mix all the above ingredients without oil, to a dosa batter consistency adding needed water. Let it take 15 minutes.
- Start to Heat a non-stick tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it lightly in a round shape as you do for normal dosa.
- Spray a tsp of oil around the dosa. Make small dosas otherwise, you will not be able to flip over the dosa. Keep it on a correct shape to cook the dosa. Do not be in a hurry to flip over the dosa. Let it get cooked well.
